How can I track my order?

Your tracking number will be systematically communicated to you by email once your product has been shipped. This will allow you to track your order with the tracking system of your local shipping company.

My order is incomplete

Your order may be shipped in several packages for speed. If all your packages have arrived and you still don't have all your items, contact our customer service team by email.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently sell products in French. We no longer offer worldwide shipping.

Is it possible to modify my order?

Yes. You can modify your order if it does not yet have the status “being processed”

Is it possible to cancel my order?

Yes. If it is not being processed, Contact us by email and our team will help you as much as possible.
